On a quick look around
it appears that the greatest percentage of front page poems
are those of the editors.

SL,

I know of zero instances of an editor putting her or his own work on the front page, and absolutely zero instances of any editor lobbying another to do so.  As far as I am aware, we leave that completely to the decision of others.  I'm very proud of the way the editors here handle both the picks and the front page.

Rick

Dear Rick

The editors here are indeed a fine folk.

I was only offering a statistic.

There was no other inference intended.

Hopefully nothing more than that shall be read into it.

Michelle Beth Cronk grants permission for the reprinting of the following poems in the proposed PoetryCircle Anthology:  Forward Motion., & Efficacy.  Also give permission to reprint Lions.

"Studies of a Zen Water Garden."  can be included as long as there is a cite that it was first published by Tryst.

Permission to publish all my front page archive poems but 'On Haiku'. If you'd like, you can substitute this one:

http://www.poetrycircle.com/index.php/topic,528.0.html

which was on the front page (check the thread) but came out before the archive did. Thanks so much!

To be more specific:

'Pastoral'
'Third Pastoral'
'To a Friend Who Has Just Begun to Write'
'Without Music'
'For a Woman I Have Never Met'
'The Sea & the Rhythm'
'Love'

can be published, and, again, so can 'Life in Layers'. They ought to be published under the name Aleksy Tarasenko-Struc. Thanks so much-- I'm so excited this is finally happening!
