RL Raymond - Rob - leaving editor role

Rob, as he put it, is Gone Fishin'. He will no longer be performing the duties of editor here at PC in order to devote much more time to his publishing pursuits at PigeonBike, and to have more time to write, himself. He expresses his big thanks and respect to all!! Tom
